Kartoffelsuppe/Potato soup

Kartoffelsuppe

Zutaten für 2 Personen:

3 Kartoffeln

Kräuter
Salz, Pfeffer
Butter, Mehl.

Zubereitung:

Die Kartoffeln schälen, in Würfel schneidenund in gesalzenem Wasser weichkochen. Währendessen aus der Butter und dem Mehleine Mehlschwitze machen. Die Mehlschwitze dann über die weichgekochtenKartoffeln geben alles dann mit den Kräutern, Salz und Pfeffer würzen und Mahlzeit.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

3 potatoes
Herbs
Salt, Pepper
Butter, Flour
Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes andcook them soft in salted water. While the potatoes are cooking make from thebutter and the flour a roux.

Put the roux over the potatoes and flavour all with the herbs, salt, pepper and maybe some instant soup. Have a good andfine meal.
